Should I cut this girl out of my life?

Should I cut this girl out of my life?
So I was friendzoned by this girl I really liked for about a year. During that year, she would always talk about liking a certain guy, which was excrutiating for me, but within a month or two she would completely discard them emotionally and move onto another guy. Around January, she brought me over to her house during lunch (we're high schoolers.. figures) and we kissed (which she initiated might I add). We had a thing going for about a month and she really seemed to like me. There were times where she would have to hold herself back from me in public so we wouldn't make out and go at it. About a month ago she started acting weirdly, not keeping conversations going and seeming MUCH less interested in me. Yesterday she wouldnt even be near me and would stick with this one other guy who's completely thirsty, for lack of a better term, for her. I talked to her afterwards and asked if she still had feelings for me and she replied with a casual "Ehhhh... I told you this would happen..." referring to her eventually getting over me like she did with the previous guys. So I decided I had enough of her and I deleted her on my phone, social media, and Ive stopped talking to her in person. I can tell she's in some way sorry and she's been trying to talk to me again but I've ignored her attempts. I still have feelings for her but I don't want to get hurt again. Do I continue to block her out of my life and move on, or do I sit down and talk with her and try again?
This girl is in no way sexually active, she's said and I can honestly say she is in no way promiscuous. She's just like a "serial dater" where she isn't able to stay interested in one guy for a prolonged time period, but she is not out for sex in any way.

You should cut her if she is making your life worse and not there for you...

Oh man this girl is complicated! She must be special to you. Let me ask you, what advice would you give one of your friends in this situation? Look at this scenario from another persons point of view, does this seem like normal behavior, I would say hell no it doesn't. Life is too damn short to waste on a girl you already doubt her agenda.
