What can i do about Internet Explorer 11?

Seems like I get a lot of"I E has stopped working" I tried changing it to I E 10 and even I E 9 ,But it said You already have the latest and wouldn't change. It even stopped working while I was writing this and had to wait for it to "open in another tab" Any suggestions. I did start a Windows Mail but having 2 mails get to be a hassle.

First you have to uninstall internet explorer 11

In simple,
1.Click start button
2.Click "All programs"
3."Windows Update" should be on the list.Click it.
4.Click "Installed Updates" in the bottom left.
5.Press Ctrl+F and then type "internet explorer"
6.You should find "Microsoft Internet Explorer 11" in the list.Uninstall it.
7.then reinstall old version of internet explorer from http://www.oldapps.com/internet_explorer.php

But i prefer changing your browser to Google Chrome or Firefox https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
