My friend has done a bad thing?

my 17 year old friend made a kik and she met this guy ( who lives in the same country as her) and hey talked and she started to like him, but they stopped talking so she made a fake account and shes been talking with him for 8 months and he asked her out and she did the mistake of saying yes, and now they've been together for 2 months and they skype everynight and fall asleep together ( on voice, not video) and they say to eachother "ilove you" but now my friends feeling guilty because she didnt want it to turn out so badly, but the problem is, she really is in love with him he just doesnt know who it really is and she wants to be with him but shes scared to tell him who it really is because he might tell everyone and he wont love her anymore and he will be really upset, but then if she leaves him he'll be really upset, she didnt mean for it to get this far and now she really is in love. what do i do?? what do i tell my friend to help her, i need advice.. i know what she did was wrong please no bashing

Is she some psychopath ?
Why would someone make a fake profile to chat with someone ?
It's better if you leave them alone and settle their own business. That's why cyber dating is such a bad idea and even more if you got a fake profile.
