Alternative web hosting to Homestead?

Alternative web hosting to Homestead?
We are looking to change hosting services and upgrade our website. Currently we have a standard website hosted at Homestead.

Unfortunately, Homestead does NOT allow secondary administrator passwords on *any* of its products including business websites ... so, anyone in your organization whom you want to contribute to the management of the website has to be given the Master/Owners password.

The short of it is our website was unavailable for a whole year when a disgruntled employee changed the master/owner password and changed the ownership to herself, and then left the organization ... it took us 14 months and appprox 140 hours of time to get the site back. NEVER again.

The short of it ....
We are considering upgrading to a better website and NOT at Homestead ... but we REQUIRE that the host allows SEPARATE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORDS to be set, so that people within our organization can manage the site without having super-user access and the master/owners password.

QUESTION: Can anyone please recommend a web hosting company that they have had good service and good experience with ... that ALSO allows separate administrator passwords.

Many Thanks.
Edit: and preferably a drag-and-drop interface that does not require HTML expertise.

BeyondHosting.net

They're incredible. I've had tons of websites with tons of different companies and after being with beyondhosting I won't ever go back to anyone else.

If you have high traffic, they have VPS options. If not, you'd be fine with one of their shared hosting plans. They have cpanel which does allow multiple administrators access you just have to add them through your cpanel interface.

You can credit your account in advance so that on a monthly basis they can take it right out of your account through their client portal instead of billing your credit card.

Also, their customer service is unbelievable - So far I've submitted 3 different support tickets to them. Some of them very early in the morning and one at night....

They've been answers after:

6 minutes, 11 minutes, and 27 minutes.

They're very quick to respond and help with any questions. Always a pleasure to work with.
