limited Ebay functionally?

i've tried all the ebay sites checked my isp status online and it's ok which is virgin media and it's been like this for a few days now i very rarely get access to ebay as it says error 503 unavailable and when i can get online it will allow me to click links but not search anything. every other site works fine is anybody else having trouble help?
i have just over 19 meg so it's not a speed problem
