Is there a website to find people who commission music?

Hey I'm trying to find a website where people commission music. Similar to Deviant art. It would be more independent people for fair prices (I'm only looking for a short 10 seconds at most theme) rather than people charging hundreds of pounds for like a 10 minuet sympathy. Is there a website like this?

Don't know of a website as such, but the music schools and colleges will certainly have a composition student who could do that for a very modest fee. Google for:

The Purcell School (I know they do this)
