Why does Internet explorer 9 says it is offline when it is not?
I need internet explorer (not the newest version) for a school program. I have Chrome and Firefox on my computer but explorer MUST be used for this program. Explorer keeps saying it is offline when it shouldn't be, my other browsers work fine and my internet connection via netgear usb is working fine. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

Hmm.. Could be because its INTERNET EXPLORER.
