EBay question... Help?

I bought something on eBay and the package says it was delivered but there was no mail in my mailbox, I think a neighbor might've stolen it.... How do I go about this???? It was a $130 package.. A nintendo 3DS. It was for my sister... I am so dissapointed and sad now. Help /:

Have you tried to call the company ? I had the same problem with one package this year and the store (Aeropostale) gave me the option of a credit to my card or to re order if its a big chain they will usually be more willing to help in comparison to smaller companies. also using paypal helps its a more secure ordering process and will usually helpp you get the matter straightened out. sorry this happened ! its very upsetting when this happens.
