How do I stop updated Firefox?

How do I stop updated Firefox?
I updated my FF browser and since then it is continually "Firefox not responding". It takes me 3times as long to do ANYTHING. I presume I could go back to a previous version but I need to know if it will mess with my "Last Pass" where all my passwords are stored?

Also; I did a system restore app. 9 days ago;and it said that the restore did not complete or change anything; what could cause this?

I had been using Firefox for 6 years and got sick of it crashing being slow to load and stuffing up so I tried Waterfox for 64 bit computers only. Waterfox is Faster, runs smoother and doesn't crash like Firefox. It is Identical to Firefox, all firefox addons work on it and I will never go back to Firefox. Try you'll be surpised at the differance if have 64 bit computer.
