I am interested in earning money on parked domains, but I do not know where to get started. I do not want to use a site that is going to take 50% of my profits, so which site do I use? (if any site at all)

Second, what time of domains should I purchase? Just random domain names?

Third, what do I have to do to start earning money fast? I don't want to be spending months and months before I start making money....

Just buy domain names you think might have value. It's wholly speculative - your domains are worth precisely zero unless someone wants to buy it, and why they'd want to buy it has to have value. You'd have to be crafty to find domains that might have value, that aren't already owned by others, and that aren't already registered trademarks that you have no right to own in the first place.
