Contact there support on the above link n ask them politely about why, what to do next and when you can use it again.

My guess. maybe they think 2 ppl are using same account so they barred it for the time being.

Centre ID = Swanlea
Username= Square
Password= Square
Maths Watch password
Maths watch account
