Ps4/360 will not connect to internet?
A few days ago my ps4 and xbox 360 suddenly stopped working online, they can connect to my xfinity gateway but not the internet. My laptop and phone work just fine on it... Please help

Obviously your parents did that or whoever has access to login to the modem.
