You can use google adwords. Easy to set up in a blogspot blog.

I would also recommend to start monetize your blog with affiliate offers.
If you join clickbank.com you can get banners from most vendors. You can even write product reviews.

Normally I suggest Google Adsense, which may be the best paying for small sites, with your traffic, you may find it takes over 3 months to earn the min $100 payout.

I don't get the reasoning behind your blocking search indexing normally the main source of 'free' traffic for such a site. Your Robots.txt file is:

Not being in the Google index may prevent them having a history of your site that would be checked in the approval process. Some countries like Pakistan are difficult to qualify (after a pattern of fraud was identified), sites in some may have to be at least 6 months old.

Your introduction/slideshow seems a bit vague, if you specialize in certain subjects you may list them.
