Why does instagram video crash?!?

Why does instagram video crash?!?
Everytime i go to upload a video on instagram, whether its using the app or from my gallery, it crashes when I reach the "choose a cover" screen. I don't know what to do, please help!!! I have a samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 inch.

I'm having similar problem too.. NOTE 2 . I wipe out my phone but still the same result. I reset my phone for nothing. F INSTAGRAM CEO.

Same here and I have a samsung Galaxy S3. Probably just a problem with the samsung update and not really Instagram itself. Sadly not enough of these crashes have been reported so no improvement is announced by Instagram or samsung.
