I am doing Social Media Optimization or Social Media Marketing, what are the processes for it to be successful?

For example, I want to optimize a Facebook Page (Selling a Gadget) which is just for LOCAL target market, then what is the first process am I going to do? But, they don't have any website for now.

or

Would I go (Example) Good for 6 months
First step : 1st week - 2nd week = Make a 1000 LIKE reach for 2 weeks
Second step : 3rd week = local classified listing
Please help me what to do... Thank you

Hi Grenelle. If you are using Facebook to target local customers, optimize the information on your Facebook page like location, address of your business and local phone number.

To target locally even further, ask your local friends and relatives to like your page. Also reach out to people within your local network who has a good number of friends in their network and ask if they would be willing to help you spread the word about your page.
