Is there a way to de-fan yourself from all of the Facebook groups and pages that you've joined?
I am a fan of 258 pages and 51 groups. A LOT of my news feed is from pages and it's EXTREMELY annoying! Any way to de-fan yourself from all of these at once?

i know its really annoying, but i think the only way is to go throught them all individually and say 'leave this group' or 'remove me from fans' on its wall. for example, if you are a fan of , i dunno, chocolate or something, you have to go on its wall and say remove me from fans. Yh, it will take a long time if ur a fan of 258 pages, but i think that is the only way to do it Smile
