That's about 3mb.

So no, not really.

Its only uses are light browsing and the occasional small download

kbps means kilobits per second.... meaning if your truly getting about 4363 kbps then thats pretty horrible lol... however if by kbps you mean Kilobytes per second which would be KB/s then thats about 3-4 Megabytes per second... (also known as MB/s) which in that case you have pretty standard internet...


@General Jo ... 3MB/s is plenty enough to game and/or watch Youtube at 1080p.... also what do you mean small download? he can download any size he wants... you say it as if 3MB/s is unable to download 1GB... okay maybe it wont happen instantly but it will do it...
