My ex keep coming back and leaving me and now he is ignoring me?

This has happen 4 times now that he leaves me and comes back in my life.everytime he comes back he always says these words ``I have been thinking about you lately and I miss you then after a while he gets distant and things fizzles out again.

anywaz,we recently reconnected a month ago and he even tell told me that he was coming to visit me (we live 4 hours apart) but then I noticed that I was the one who was always intitiating convos and most of the time he just ignored me. Then he stopped responding to me for no reason.So I started getting annoyed and I decided to call him out on it and told him that If he was going to treat me like this then forget it.I was expecting him to apologize but instead he ignored the message. It showed that he read the message on facebook and he was active so I knew he was ignoring me on I was so angry so I took him off my facebook then 2 days later I noticed he as deactivated his face book and I haven't heard from him so I am assuming his gone again.I am sad over this as we known each other for 3 years and i love him with all my heart. I know that I need to move on but I am afraid that if he contacts me I wont be able to resist him.I just need to pray to god to give me the strength to ignore him but I know I have to if he comes back in my life as I feel like these habits wont change. I just hope he wont try to come back so I can move on.I don't know how to pick up the pieces

If he try to come back, ignore him, I think he have been in a relationship with someone else or he could be married. So you two live far apart, its just that when things are not working out with whomever he is with, he calls you up and use you for just a minute and you keep falling for it. Do not stalk him or harass him, be strong and move on. You CAN resist him, if you allow yourself to date other men, decent men at that, find someone that will take your mind off of him and stop being weak.

I am so sorry the best thing you can do is stay busy.
Stay off facebook if you have too. Just dont fall for it again.
Go out with friends, read book, anything to keep busy.
He maybe married or has someone in his life. You are being
used by him.. It really sucks I have been here before. I wish you the best of luck to you.
