HELP! My Sprint Phone Won't Work.?
I have an Samsung Conquer 4G from Sprint. My phone was great until now. I've had it since November 2011. My phone is no longer working normally. I never drop it. It doesn't have any scratches on it. Water has never go in to the phone either. Even though none of those things has happened to my phone, on a daily basis it continues to freeze in the middle of an text, doesn't end the call when I press end, freezes in the middle of snapping a picture, freezes when I put in the pattern code, doesn't allow me to use the keyboard sometimes, and the screen becomes blurry when I put it on the charger(sometimes). I only have five apps on my phone. They are: instagram, words with friends, scramble with friends, KJV Bible, and Lib-Anywhere. I was wondering will Sprint allow me to get a new phone? I really don't want the same phone. I was hoping to buy the IPhone 4 and pay the difference. PLEASE HELP. Thanks for all the answers.

I believe you get the same phone. Though if you want to end the phone you can request to change your phone. Though you will have to pay for the remainedr of the phone price. Then you can get a diffrent phone.

y'know you don't have to use the same phone for 2 years.

Osama's wrong.

Here's a few things to try. Go into the settings menu>>applications>>manage apps. There will be a list of all your apps there. At the bottom of the screen there will be a little graph showing how much of your phone's memory has been used and how much is free. If there is 50MB or less free memory, your phone is going to run slow and behave badly.

Here's how to fix it. Tap the icon for an app you downloaded. (from the manage apps screen) If you see a little button that says "move to SD storage" tap it. Android will move tha program to be stored on your memory card instead on in RAM. Apps like Angry Birds, for instance, can use up 28 MB of memory. If you have several games, move them all to the memory card.

The idea is to maintain over 100MB or free memory in the phone.

Also, look at your text messages. If you have thousands of texts, your phone will run slow and will freeze up. You simply HAVE to keep them deleted before you get 10,000 or them in your phone's memory. If you have too many texts, you may be forced to wipe/erase you phone to make it work better.

Sprint is not going to let you "pay the difference" and get a new model phone. If you are eligible for an upgrade, great. If not, you're going to keep what you have and even if you get an exchange, it will be for the same model.
