How to allow people's tweets to send me a notification to my phone?

Is it possible to allow a notification to be sent to my phone (mines a iOS) when someone ur following on twitter tweets a tweet?

Very weird question but I would love to have it on if its possible )

1.) Go onto the person's profile whose tweets you want sent to your phone
2.) Next to their follow button there should be a button with a head on it, click on that
3.) Click on 'Turn on notifications'

And that should do it!
