I got blocked from liking on instagram, temporary?

I got a little popup today on instagram saying i was using a feature too fast so that i was blocked from using it, i read that theres an hourly limit on how many likes you can give, is the block temporary? if so how long does it take for it to go away?

at least 24 hours before it lets do it again - now that you know there is a limit, make sure it doesnt happen again, or they will completely disable your account so you cant even log into it

I don't know, the same thing happened to me today without me liking any photos. Its so annoying!!
