Any Free Website Builders?

What are some free website builders preferably online ones? I already have hosting and domain name and c panel but I just bee to build it, I know that c panel comes with some but I want to make it myself. Something like a HTML website builder for free. Please Help!

There are a few free web editoring software programs available such as http://www.kompozer.net, Microsoft Expression etc. Just google for them.

If you have hosting with Cpanel, you then also has access to Wordpress via Fantastico with your Cpanel. These days all my online stores are Wordpress blogs with an e-commerce plugin - easy & quick to install and configure.

Wordpress is called sometimes "A Gift From God" and many people believe it. It's a very good CMS (Content Management System) with a lot of themes, plugins etc. Many hosting services provide 1 click Wordpress install and it's very easy to install and manage. No technical expertise required, you can build a PHP site with a little knowledge.
