Do you have to do anything special to open a Facebook account for a blog?

I have a craft/diy blog and have never been too comfortable having a facebook account for personal use. But I want to start an account for the blog.

I have tried to add my site name to my existing facebook account and it didn't work.

I'm not Facebook-savvy, so if you use all those code terms, I'll cringe. But a little PC-savvy So, without speaking to me as if I'm an idiot, please let me know how to go about doing this.

I guess I should say "create a facebook page" not account I guess.

But when I get to the page that says to choose between:

LOCAL BUSINESS OR PLACE
COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, OR INSTITUTION
BRAND OR PRODUCT
ARTIST, BAND, OR PUBLIC FIGURE
ENTERTAINMENT
CAUSE OR COMMUNITY

I don't know which one to choose. My blog is DIY/CRAFTS. What would that fall under??
