Just go to the top of the page, click sell, sell an item, then search the categories, (I do advanced listing because it is actually in an easier format), pick the best category and sub categories, continue, then just fill out the info down the page. I also suggest you play with fonts and colors to make it a little more attractive and take good pics.... also, take more than 1. On a shirt, I take an average of 3-4 pics showing more details up close.
