Twitter's report service and help center is atrocious?

The fact that you don't need a legitimate e-mail or barely any information at all makes it ridiculously easy for people to make fake Twitter accounts, especially fake accounts impersonating someone.

Now I have reported this user over 10 times through multiple accounts, and I've used Twitter's help center filling in various questions and tick boxes trying to address the problem, but still after almost two days the Twitter account exists and no action has been taken.

How else am I supposed to get this account deleted?
