Whatsapp related question?? don't know whether the message is delivered or not? please help!?

hello.. I'm using whatsapp. yesterday i sent a message to my friend on whatsapp that message is showin only one tick. I sent that message at 11:30pm and its showing only one tick but my friends last seen is 12:15pm. I'm confused whether the message is delivered or not because its showing only one tick even after my friend was on whatsapp after i semt the message...

Actually the message is delivered but your friend didn't saw it.It will come double tick if she opens her notification (that your message had arrived).Or just look into your account.Its same as facebook as in fb it shows 'seen' option its just like that.

one tick indicates that your message has been delivered.
then last seen shows that your friend has open whats app but failed to check the message sent by you.

I think that it is either a network problem or your friend has blocked you on whats app.
