I'm college student , web development major and i have my internship this semester. So anyone want to build a website for his company or small business I am ready for free .

If you not requesting information, it's probably an Answers site violation, too many free offers turn out to be something else.

You would be best off connecting with a local business you van meet face to face, it may have to be one that does not yet value a business site and won't mind an amateur experimenting with it, like perhaps a nail salon? Probably have to get them to pop for a domain name you would use with a free host.

Try taking website development projects on freelancing websites like freelance, odesk and elance. They have lots of website development projects on these sites, you can apply for just by submitting your resume.
