She obviously notices you considering you had a class together AND you see her around outside of school sometimes. You will never know for sure if her tweets are about you or not unless you ask her, but don't do that because if you ask her and they aren't about you that just AWKWARD. So maybe you should try and somehow strike up a conversation or smile at her in a non-creepy way and see what she tweets afterwards.btw, don't listen to friends because most of the time they are telling you things you want to hear
