IE keeps saying I'm in Compatibility Mode. I go to tools and Compatibility Mode is grayed?
Both yahoo and Google tell me I'm Compatability Mode. When going to tools, I can't make any changes and no sites are on the list

I agree, Tyler. Internet Explorer is the most popular browser for downloading other browsers. Google Chrome is by far the best in my opinion.
