how can i meet new people on ask fm?

i joined ask fm recently because i thought it was a place to meet new people ? ask people questions and they answer your questions ? but i cant seem to work out how to talk to people through it, i asked a question, but it wont let me view the question or click on it ?

You have to get on the public questions page where all popular questions show up. There you can start following other people & ask them questions. It's not completely social network though.
