help about Google AdSense?

i applied for Google AdSense and get cancelled , now i have anew blog with the same domain "wordpress free blog" I actually changed the names and i need to replace the blog address that i applied with the new replaced one , how to do that in Google AdSense

You can't. You will need to apply through a new Google account.

(p.s. if you are using wordpress.com site for your blog they don't allow you to use AdSense on them)

try new account? In Adsense if your blog get visitors then google approved them.
