want to know how to find a reliable web designer company?

I know that if i take a Company to build a web page and do the ranking for me etc.
some company's do crookid stuff with google etc and i can end up being cut off all together from googlel,thats why a honest company is very important?
now where do i find this kind of company??
any good advice?

This is easy to do. I learned in just 2 weekends from a good book.
What about a neighbor kid?
Do you know any college students? (math and science)?
All college kids taking real degrees know how to do this - easily.
Not rocket science.
If you don't know anyone advertise in the local college newspaper.
