Freaking Facebook...should i post about it or is that a bad idea?

My friend grabbed my phone and liked a "Teen Swag" page (which i HATE).so i posted (note the sillyness) "oh GAWD ***** ******* made me like a Teen swag page!" and jokingly he flagged it.later it was removed and i cant like,comment, or post for 12 hours.So when i am not banned should i post my experience...im thinking about it but will facebook be watching my activity and be butthurt?

I've been "temporarily blocked" for 4 f*cking months now. I can't comment on ANY Facebook fan pages. Don't hold your breath. I'm considering deleting my account all together since nobody f*cking talks to me. I got banned because I said something on "I f*cking love science's" page that a lot of evolution supporters didn't like. So I got banned. >
