Does anyone know what the deal with ebay is sometimes with problems logging in?
Sometimes i type in http://www.ebay.com, and it gives me an error, saying "Forbidden". Other times, it's just Chinese letters all over the screen. I don't understand what the deal is. It prevents people from winning an auction that is nearing the end. It's really causing headaches for me.

Next time it does that, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the F5 key, then enter ebay.com
