What is the best sitemap plugin for Wordpress?
What is a good plugin I can use to create a sitemap for my wordpress.

Some things to know:

I have a few sub-directories that use different WordPress themes so I would like to know if I have to install it for every directory or if I could just install it into the main one.

This is the best sitemap plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/ and you use it only on main site. This plugin will collect data from all your inner directories as well.
