MY E-MAIL KEEPS FREEZING ! 6 DAYS NOW ! WHERE IS THE HELP !! NO ANSWERS FROM ANYONE !

You don't say what E mail you are using. I assume it is Yahoo. You also do not say what browser you are using or if you are running Windows or not and what version.
I would suggest you try a different Browser. If you are using Internet Explorer I would suggest you try Google Chrome and/or Firefox.
That might help. Internet Explorer is riddled with problems and could be your problem.
