Ideas for VIP Membership?

Hi, I work at an apartment complex and we want to start offering our residents VIP membership. Basically we have three different types of clubs. Gold, Platinum, and Black Card. Black card is the best, thus it should receive the highest benefits. However, I'm wondering if anyone has any good ideas for some of the benefits people should get? For example, we're doing free cover to bars, free dry cleaning, maybe free taxi rides.

Any other ideas would be highly appreciated, thanks!

I could imagine there could be some sort of discrimination problems with the housing authorities, where you withhold some "basic services" unless paid extra membership fees, having a separate company offer these concierge services might be safer.
