Purposely deleted all my emails? Regret it/ feel bad?

So they are gone forever and I can't get them back, 2/3 were facebook and stuff but before that some were personal. Idk why I feel so bad, have you done this before?

deleted my contacts from google the week my phone crushed and the sd card got lost on the day the phone crushed . I feel your pain. Only to learn months later that google stores deleted contacts for one month after deletion.
