Instagram editing helpp!!?

So I'm trying to figure out how do edits like these (http://statigr.am/p/381304340604088354_49490347 (@herestothekids on instagram) are examples. It's kind of like the whole thing is filled with text in a square and some words are bigger than others. Is this an app or does it just require a lot of work? I'm not sure... If you can help me I'll totally follow you back im just so stuck right now!
