facebook help!!?

My facebook has been blocked for about 30 days, the reason it was blocked in the beginning was bull because i didnt even do anything, every time i posted to fb status or photos it kicked me off and said i was abusing fb terms and i figured it was because i didnt want to add a bunch of people i had like 40 friends. But anyways i was thinking today it would come unblocked when i tried to add someone to see how long i had left it didnt give me a time frame of what time i have left. So is my fb completely disabled like i have no choice but to make another one? Idk if its going to be unblocked or not idk how much time i have left, has this ever happened to anyone? What do i do? Help please!
