What is the Best and Cheapest cost website builder/Hoster?
nowadays there are so many and i can't be skeptic of all of them.

Is there one that i could pay for like 6 months to 1 year in advance something no more than $10 a month and a company that won't hold my debit card hostage.

unlimited hits so the website doesn't crash.

one that offers security.

one that offers credit card payment options.

something that really puts me in google search results yahoo and bing search results.

something i can update so easy and quick.

Your expectations seem reasonable for $40 to $50 a month minimum but not for $10.

You are able to host with http://webneto.com which appears to be in your price range, $4.99-$8.99. You can either pay monthly, annually, longer term. Its your choice for this.

Their servers work on a grid system, so basically your website is on at least 4 servers so it can handle large amounts of traffic. No server is able to withstand unlimited hits.

You are able to secure your website with an SSL certificate. You would need to have your own merchant provider, most likely through your bank.

You would need to work on SEO. I'd check out this blog post on some of the basics to improve your rankings: http://www.webneto.com/helpful-seo-tips/

I agree with Richard, $10 per month is not enough for what you want. Free and overly cheep solutions may work more or less well but all of them has some weak sides. I think website builder named GetSocio.com is one that offers features that are pretty close to what you need:

- It's a hosted, pre-built and customizable solution for building ecommerce sites. You can create you site very quickly and you don't need to take care of hosting and many other technical issues. You can easily update and customize your website at any time.
- You can pay a certain amount of money in advance and the commissions will be taken from your balance on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you run out of you balance your site will be blocked but your debit card won't be affected.
- There is no limit on hits.
- Security: if you use a default domain (yourwebsite.getsocio.com) your website will be protected by wildcard SSL certificate. If you use a custom domain name you can buy and install your own SSL certificate to protect your site.
- There are many integrated payment gateways so you will be able to get payments from your customers via PayPal, Authorize.net and other payment processors.
- Your website will be indexed by search engines.

The pricing slightly exceeds your requirements: the cheapest plan costs $15 per month + a transaction fee but still it's quite affordable.

The best website builder is ultimatewb. You can use it on the web hosting offered there, or buy from somewhere else. I use it and like it a lot.

Try http://www.webzai.com

They have a really good website building platform as well as integrated, secure and affordable hosting (branded sites are free and their paid plans range from $6-20 per month).

Their security is very good (I use them for projects often) and while they don't support credit card payments they do have integrated PayPal features. They also let you edit your websites HTML tags and metadata for really good Search Engine Optimization.
