best option for choosing blogging site? google?
I want to create my own blog. there are different step like purchasing web hosting, domain name and all... but Google provide it automatically. we don't need to follow these steps.but can I use Google's blogging for money making and will it be sufficient for enough space and my own design, for experiment? what are the pro and cons of using google's blogging instead of using other option?

Google seems pretty tolerant of what is put on a Blogger site, only a few illegal subjects are against their terms, they have no paid upgrades like many other free hosts.
You are at the mercy of a free host's ability to cancel your account on a whim, if you invest in a custom domain name you can preserve most of the the accumulated incoming links and search ranking by transferring the name to a different host, while if you are relying on the free subdomain, you pretty much have to restart from scratch. Blogger uses a proprietary blog platform, so if you do have to change hosts, recreating the site may take quite a bit of work and search engines will recognize the change in page code organization, even of the appearance is very similar, this can cause a dip in search ranking that a relocated site will probably recover from.
One alternative is Wordpress.com the free hosted, slightly limited industry standard blog engine, what you learn there can be more easily transferred to a paid host unlimited version of Wordpress down the road there are countless free and paid design themes and function plugins for wordpress, it's used for about 17% of the top 1 Million sites. Wordpress.com does have paid upgrades, like for using a custom domain name. Be aware you probably get faster load times from a free Blogger site than wordpress on a cheap, overloaded paid shared server account, a "wordpress friendly" host may allocate a bit more processor power to handle the higher load of a CMS like wordpress.

As you are looking for Blog hosting which takes little CPU/RAM resources, the best option for you is shared hosting.

Unless you have a high traffic blog which has visitors more than 2000/day, then a shared hosting can meet your requirements and save you a lot of money.

But if you do have a high traffic blog, you may have to use VPS server or Dedicated server which are more powerful than shared hosting.

If you have a high traffic website which has visitors more than 200/day, then you may face lots of website too busy problems with free hosting.
