Hi! In my work I often use such tools for SEO and can advice you one good site with a lot of various SEO and web analytice tools http://awcheck.com, that provides informative analysis of a web-site. Found it on one of seo forums. Hope, it'll be helpful.

SEOmoz is considered excellent. It's also very expensive. The Yoast SEO plugin for Wordpress is free and good. Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools are also free.
