like i dont want them to see that i made it and i dont want them to see what i post in it

Only if you use another ID to create ur new PAGE.
If you use ur current ID (facebook) then all ur added friends can see the Page and the owner of the page.

I don't think it will be visible to other unless you invited other or share your own page or advertise your page. If you didn't do anyone of these then you page will be invisible to other.
