No sound coming from videos?

My speakers are fine, they play music and support audio on youtube and crunchyroll videos etc, but when I watch videos on sites like watchanimeon.com and phianimetv.com, there's no audio to go with any episode. They use the same sort of video format so I'm guessing it's a program problem, so I updated Adobe Flash Player, but still nothing. If you're familiar with the video format of the website, can you tell me what I need to do to get the sound working? Do I need to install anything compatible or anything? I'm awful with technology so help is much appreciated.

Not sure but may be your sound access in browser is denied. Try with another browser.
