Doctor Who Season 8?
How can I watch it when it premieres? I don't get TV; can I watch it on the BBC website? Or do I actually have to be in the UK for that?

you have to be in the UK to use the BBC online player or get an Internet Proxy address

suggest you find Other Doctor Who fans where you live - have you a Comic Book store where you live?
that would be a good places to ask about Local Who fans clubs or try social media like Facebook where there are Hundreds of Doctor Who fans
