Or which ones can you trust more than others?

Honestly, I don't. These reviews can be easily manipulated but I always click on the link to see if the reviewer has an affiliate relationship with the site being reviewed. Based on recent FTC regulations, such relationships must be disclosed. If the reviewer has no business relationship, that is certainly a factor that adds credibility -- at least for me.
