What can do when a site/url is blocked by the internet service provider?
every time I wanna download/upload a large file,an error always appear in my browser.
I quoted the error here's what it says?
"ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://download.microsoft.com/download/6...etfx35.exe

The following error was encountered:
• The request or reply is too large.
If you are making a POST or PUT request, then your request body (the thing you are trying to upload) is too large. If you are making a GET request, then the reply body (what you are trying to download) is too large. These limits have been established by the Internet Service Provider who operates this cache. Please contact them directly if you feel this is an error. "

I'm afraid the error message exactly explains the problem and also tells you what you have to do. Talk to your ISP and tell them the problem.

I suggest using http://www.vpnpower.net to help unblock web sites. I've been using them since 4 years.
