Why will my IE 11 will not show up on my apps list on Windows 8?
I have searched, scrolled through app list, and tried several things. But I can't access metro IE or any sort of internet explorer on my windows 8.1 computer.

Look for iexplorer.exe instead. Open File Explorer (Windows key + E), then navigate to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer and look for iexplorer.exe.
