Not conecting to the internet?

I was on the computer and lost enternet connection now the computer will not reconnect. Say's it is missing a section of internet Explorer program fire fox or google chrom can' load xpcom. How do u get internet back

Turn off computer. Disconnect your modem, router and connection. Wait 90 Seconds. Reconnect.
